Return Requests & Refund Processing
Eligible return requests must generally be initiated within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
Customers must contact Braveliq™ customer support before sending merchandise back.
Approved refunds are normally processed by Braveliq™ within 5–10 business days.
Financial institutions may require additional time before the refunded amount becomes visible.
